Yes. Short-term bookings and long-term leases live in the same system, with shared accounting, maintenance and owner reporting. Properties are tagged VR or LTR and get the matching workflows.

What channels do you integrate with?

Today: iCal (any platform that exports a calendar) and the channel managers Hostaway, Lodgify, Smoobu, OwnerRez, Hospitable and Hostfully, plus Buildium, Rentec Direct and DoorLoop on the long-term side. Direct Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com connections depend on their partner programs; we list the current state of each on the Integrations page.

How do I move my data in?

Export properties, bookings and guests from your current system and send them to us. We import them with you during onboarding — there is no charge for this while we are in early access.

Is there a setup fee or contract?

No setup fee and no long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from your account at any time.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If StaySuite is not working out within your first 30 days as a paying customer, email us and we refund that payment in full.

Do you charge per booking?

Accepted Answer

No. Your subscription covers unlimited bookings. Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe on your own Stripe account, not by us.
